Do Australians need a visa to visit Myanmar?: Yes. Australian citizens require a visa to enter Myanmar. The easiest option is the eVisa, which you can apply for online through the official Myanmar government portal.
How much does the Myanmar tourist visa cost for Australians?: The eVisa costs USD 50 (approximately AUD 75). If applying through the Myanmar Embassy in Canberra, the fee is AUD 60.
How long does the Myanmar eVisa take to process?: The minimum processing time is 3 working days after your payment is confirmed. Apply at least one week before your travel date to allow for any delays.
