- Yes, Indian citizens can obtain a Saudi tourist visa. However, Indians are not eligible for the direct e-visa (which is available to 66 countries). Indians must apply through authorized travel agencies or, if they hold a valid US, UK, or Schengen visa, can apply for an e-visa or get visa-on-arrival.
