- Yes, Russian citizens can apply for Spain Schengen visas. However, since November 2025, only single-entry visas are issued to Russian nationals. Tourist visa applications face increased scrutiny, and processing times are longer than before.

- The visa fee is €90 for adults (approximately 10,254 RUB) and €45 for children aged 6–11. Children under 6 are exempt. The BLS service center may charge additional processing fees.
